I. Interior Waveguide

  • Specification of Waveguide: 304 SS, OD~1/2", ID=0.420+-0.001, Length = 6" (will be cut to fit in place), Corrugation for first inch at each end of tubing.
  • Four pieces, two with corrugation and two without for testing effectiveness of corrugations
  • Corrugation: Depth 0.10", Width = .010", Period = .0189
  • Pieces Finished: 3/20/98

 

II. Vacuum Break
